"The Bore Within"

Films: Crystal Force (1990)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Haunted home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Really? Just...really? You took this monster wholesale from a much more interesting film that came out a year ago, plopped it into your boring supernatural horror flick, and you somehow DIDN'T expect us to make the connection? My God, you're a bunch of putzes.

History: After a funeral for a girl's husband, she and her friends buy an antique crystal from a rather strange and eccentric man. But this crystal has satanic powers, and in time, it summons a demonic beast that in no way resembles a certain abomination from a post-apocalyptic world. Nope. Not at all.

Notable Kills: None

Final Fate: After being sprayed with...something...the monster is sent back through the portal it came from, and the crystal is abandoned. That kooky antique seller is still out there, though.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Whatever that spray was.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-It may be the same ghastly beast we saw from Roger Corman, but this time we can barely see it, and it goes out like a chump.

Trivia: -A sequel known as "Dark Angel" was made ,but there are no demonic gargoyle mutants to be seen.

-The monster was played by G.I. Reed. This was his only role. Damn.
